Mohammad Rizwan has won the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Most Valuable Cricketer of the Year award in 2021. He has surpassed Rizwan Babar Azam, Hasan Ali, and Shaheen Shah Afridi for the most valuable cricketer of the year award.
“I am honored to be considered as the most valuable cricketer in Pakistan. I am very happy and satisfied to be able to contribute to the great performance of the team in all formats in 2021, “said Rizwan.
In addition to winning the ‘Most Valuable Cricketer of the Year’ award, the wicketkeeper-batsman has also been named the PCB’s Twenty20 Cricketer of the Year.

In 2021, Mohammad Rizwan has scored 455 runs in 9 Tests, 134 runs in 6 ODIs, and 1326 runs in 29 Twenty20 Internationals. He also stood behind the wicket in all formats and got 56 dismissals.
