The name of the organization is Dutch Bangla Bank as it provides mobile banking service called Rocket. Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) is a joint venture between Bangladesh and the Netherlands. This is M. Sahabuddin Ahmed (Bangladesh) is a joint venture of a Dutch company called Dutch Financing Agency for Developing Countries. It was established by the Banking Companies Act 1991 for the purpose of providing banking services and was registered as a public limited company by the Companies Act 1994. DBBL officially started its journey on June 3, 1997. The bank was registered with Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange in 2004. - First install the Rocket app from Google Play Store or App Store.

Rocket pin number change
To change the PIN of the rocket, first dial * 322 # then select the number 5 and send 5 to select My Acc. Send 3 to select the Change Pin option at number 3 among the new options. Now you type and send your old PIN. Now you type your new PIN number.Then new PIN is set. Then you will be able to continue all activities with your new PIN.
