First, boil the milk with the whole cream over medium heat. Take 4-5 teaspoons of milk in a container. Mix the custard powder in the milk in a bowl and make a good mixture. If you don’t have custard powder, you can also give it corn flower. Add a mixture of sugar and custard powder to the boiling milk. Stir well so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
When the milk thickens, turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence. Mix everything together and place in an airtight container. When the whole mixture has returned to normal, add a plastic sheet or foil. Then refrigerate for 2 hours. Put it back in the box and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Garnish it with nuts, chocolate sauce or whatever you like if you want.
