Khulna University Admission Exam
There are total four units in Khulna University admission test 2020-21 session. This year the four units admission test was on 02 November 2021. So it is very good decision of the authority. In this case, this has lessened the hassle of candidates. As we know 04 units in this admission exam, so every unit’s exam is MCQ based. But only A unit (Sculpture Discipline) and D unit has practical / drawing exam along with MCQ.
A unit exam is for science students who want to study in science faculty of Khulna University. This unit admission exam is 100 marks. The mark distribution of A unit is Physics- 20, Chemistry- 20, English- 20, Math- 20, Biology / Analysis skills- 20. The total time is 1 hour for MCQ exam and 30 minutes Drawing exam. The negative mark is 0.25 for every answer. There are a total 662 seats in this unit.
B unit refers Arts Faculty. All humanities students participated in this exam but others group’s students also. This unit exam has 120 questions like Bangla- 30, English- 50, GK- 40. In this case each wrong answer there 0.25 mark would cut off. Total time of B unit is 1 hour. The total seat of this unit is 399.
Management and Business Administration school is under C unit. So students of every group who are interested to study in Business Studies subjects and specially commerce students participates in this exam. So, different questions for each group in this admission exam. There are Bangla- 10, English- 50 for all group, but in the group wise (Science: Physics-10, Chemestry- 10) (Commerce: Accounting- 10, Manegment- 10) (Humanities: Economics- 10, Civics- 10, History- 10. In this case any two parts will have to answer). The time of c unit is 1.30 Hours. In this case, the negative mark is 25% for each MCQ’s out of total mark. Total seats of this unit is 96.
Fine Arts school is in D unit of KU admission. So all Fine Arts lover participates in this unit from every group. This exam is based on 30 marks drawing and 20 marks Design which time is 30 minutes. In addition MCQ exam of the topic Art & Culture- 20, GK- 10, Bangla- 10, English- 10 which time is also 30 minutes. The total seats of Fine Arts is 60.
