Hilsa fish
Hilsa is a fish known to all as the national fish of Bangladesh. It is a saltwater fish. For this reason it cannot be cultivated in ponds. Fishermen usually catch hilsa fish from big rivers. Hilsa is one of the most popular fish in the country. Hilsa fish is a fish with cold blood.
There is a lot of demand for it in the market of Bangladesh. However, the price of this hilsa fish is much higher in Bangladesh. Due to this many hilsa fish are out of reach. The middle class family cannot afford to buy this fish. However, at present there is a variety in the market which is almost the same as hilsa but not hilsa. These are available at lower prices than the market.
