The last February in our school, we celebrated International Mother Language day with many different activities. In the early morning at 6 ‘o clock, we reached our school wearing black badges. I went with my father. At first, we attended the Mourning ferry and place flowers at Shaheed Minar by singing a mourning song at 6:30 am. At 7 ‘o clock various competitions would take place. Such as drawing, composition writing, speaking, and so on. Within two hours all competition was completed. At 9 ‘o clock, we entered our auditorium calmly. After 15 minutes our cabinet distribute our breakfast which was deserved by our school authority. [newresultbd.com] Then all of our teachers took their seats. At 10 am our headteacher and assistant headteacher also took their seats with the honorable chief guest. Our District Commissioner came to this program as a chief guest. Then started our cultural program such as singing, dancing, reciting poems, group dancing, etc. At 11:30 am our chief guest, Headteacher and assistant headteacher declared their speech. Then our assistant teacher of sports recited the list of winners in different competitions. I also won in the speaking and reciting poem. After the declaration, our chief guest started giving prizes to the winner. I was so happy because of taking the prize from DC. I enjoyed the day so much. At 12:45 pm the chief guest leaves his seat and the program also ended right then. But I kept the day in my mind as a memory in my life.
